When you donate through Taejai, the site issues an e-Donation receipt for tax purposes automatically — you do not need to contact us. Both individuals and companies can claim the deduction.

We built it so that donors can follow what their own donation planted. Once you are signed in you can download a PDF report summarising the planting, and open the record for each individual tree.

Here is how it works:

• When you donate on Taejai, tick the box marked “I want and consent to Taejai sharing my information (amount, name, email and phone number) with the Our Trees project, so that the team can update me on the trees I support”.  (If you want to follow your trees but did not tick it at the time, email us at trees4all@recoftc.org and let us know.)
• On 30 June each year you receive an email with your username (the email address you donated with) and a password of your own. Farmers plant once a year, in the rainy season, to give the trees the best chance of surviving, so donations are totalled and trees allocated once a year as well. (Please check your spam folder too. If the sign-in email does not arrive, write to us at trees4all@recoftc.org)
• Enter your username and password on the sign-in page. Once you are in, you can change the password with the “Change password” button. 
• Open the “Your trees” tab to look at each tree, and the “Download report” tab for the full summary as a PDF.
• After the first year, you get an update email on 30 June for the next two years. The same username and password still work.
• After the third report the tree records stop being updated, but you can still sign in and see the latest information.

If you are not a donor but want the project-wide picture, our annual reports are in the report library.

Use the same email address every time you donate and the site will gather all of the planting under one account. 

If you use different email addresses, each one becomes its own account with its own trees.

Email us at trees4all@recoftc.org with your username — the email address you donated with on Taejai. We will get back to you and reset the password within one or two working days.

We would be glad to. At the moment there are two ways in:

• Learning activities with the community: field visits with the Our Trees community enterprise group, currently in Santi Suk district, Nan province only. Talk to the project team and we can choose or adapt the activities with you.
• Propose an activity: anything other than a field visit — a sales or public fundraising campaign in your company’s, organisation’s or event’s name, planting in an artist fan club’s name, working with us on classroom activities, or any other way you can think of to support these communities. 
• Everything is set out on the Get Involved page, where each kind of activity has its own form.

Taejai can issue a donation certificate and add your fan club to its Hall of Fame. Details of what Taejai offers arehere

On our side, fill in the activity proposal form to tell us more. We can collect your fan club’s donations together on the Supporter stories page — no minimum amount and no extra cost. 

If you would like photos of farmers or fan club members holding a banner about the donation at the planting site, mention it on the same form. The fan club produces the banner and covers that cost itself.
